You and me both. I finally got o...Retaining food!! You and me both. I finally got on the scale last night after weeks of avoidance. It's way up. But I already knew that because I literally cannot fit into a single pair of pants I own. I'm selling (my daughter really) the Girl Scout Cookies and I blame the Samoas alone for at least 10lbs of this problem! I am addicted to sweets. It's a lifetime of indulgence and bad habits.
