It's a good thing I now have the list because my honey has high cholesterol. He has started to try to eat more healthy things. Above are 2 things on the list which are also on his list of faves. Especially avocado and raw oysters. Also on the list are low fat beef, and baked potatoes.
The article doesn't say anything about women so I'll go with the men's diet for now. Especially since almost everything on it is a favorite of mine.
